Getting Around
All pages display the group of navigation buttons you see on the left so you can easily and quickly hop around the site
Delivery
A signature is required on delivery, so please keep this in mind. Perhaps a friend or neighbor could help if you are unsure that you will be home.
Ordering
I make each doll as and when it is ordered, specially for the individual collector - so I don't have a stock of items ready for immediate shipping.
Therefore there is always a small time gap between ordering and despatch.
If you need something for a special date please allow enough time for making, plus shipping - roughly seven to ten days to the US.
Payment
You can make secure payments using any of these credit or debit cards
You don't need to open a PayPal account if you don't wish to
You can safely pay for items as you normally would with your credit card and still enjoy the same secure, anti-fraud measures that are in place for existing account holders
It really is that easy with no extra cost to you, and is very safe
Once your payment is complete, you can decide whether or not you'd like to save your information and sign
up for a PayPal account to use in the future.
Collectors
Any new collectors automatically go on to my "Register of Collectors" which means you will be able to have prior
notification of any new characters I may create before they are publicised on the website.
If you already have some Brenda Price dolls you can get on the register from the "Collectors" link button.
This is my own personal register, and you can rest assured your information will not be shared with any third parties.
