Mary was the daughter of James V of Scotland and Mary of Guise. She was also the grand-niece of Henry VIII of England and thus related to Elizabeth I. I have represented Mary dressed in the rich black velvet robes of State, familiar to us from many contemporary portraits.

Using my own original porcelain sculptures, I make each doll personally, from start to finish, and sign and number every one.
